After Sales from Bowman Traps
I am proud that the Bowman brand is synonymous amongst the shooting community with quality. Receiving positive feedback from customers and seeing positive comments in online communities gives me the confidence to continue working as we always have. I take the time to speak to my customers directly and offer good and honest advice. I have built and designed the traps, so I can guide customers over the phone if they have any queries. We don’t have a dedicated after sales team – we are a small family business. This works to our advantage because we have kept that personal touch with our customers. Either myself or one of my experienced engineers will come in from the factory to offer advice to a customer.
Bowman traps are built to standards and principles that were laid down by my Father in 1966. I couldn’t produce something that wasn’t going to stand up to the job at hand, and ensure every design is hard wearing and robust, which is why we confidently offer a 3-year warranty on ALL our automatic traps. Using high quality products and making most of the trap components ourselves, our customers encounter minimal problems.
Our products have been on the market for a long time and are tried and tested. Our electronics have been kept simple and functional for ease of use. If you encounter a problem, you’re likely to be able to fix it. You will receive spare fuses and relays with our traps so you can get up and running quickly and easily.
I run an honest business and any problems that cannot be resolved over the telephone will be resolved by either a visit from myself or one of our technicians, posting the trap directly to the factory for repair, posting out spares or on the rare occasion replacing for new if required. Bowmans has a loyal customer base, and I pride myself on looking after our customers because their repeat business is important to us.
