Isle of Wight service visit

During November 2021 our servicing team took a trip over to the Isle of Wight to visit the IWGC. We were asked to give their fleet of bowman traps, including Supermatch 6’s and Supermatch Rabbit Chondels a good service and to pass over some knowledge to the club members who were wanting to be hands on with the traps. 

Over the two day visit, we were able to service all of the traps and bring them up to current specification by adding new stainless steel drop plates and brushes making the tilt function of their SPM6’s as modern as possible. We also spent a lot of time with Ron on the second day, being able to pass over knowledge regarding all types of maintenance including Carousel tension, lubrication, knife settings, problem solving, rubber and rails, skid plate adjustment and much more. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip including meeting the members of the club and seeing the amazing views from the club house.
