Bowman at Walkeringham Gun Club

WGC has maintained a longstanding partnership with Bowman for over 20 years. Throughout this period, WGC has acquired an extensive fleet of Bowman Traps, all of which are operated using Morris Remote Controls. Our equipment includes the highly versatile Supermatch One, capable of accommodating Standards, Midis, and Battues; the exceptionally powerful Supermatch 6 and Supermatch 8 models; Standard Rabbit; Multi Rabbit Chondel; Multi Supermatch 6; and Double Arm. Several of these traps are installed on DTL or ABT bases to provide that additional challenge.

Walkeringham Gun Club is a clay pigeon shooting club located in Walkeringham, Nottinghamshire. As an affiliated shooting ground with the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (CPSA), the club hosts English Sporting discipline shoots for both its members and guests.

At its core, Walkeringham Gun Club is focused on providing regular clay shooting opportunities, notably organising a 50-bird clay shoot on the first Sunday of each month, a format that appeals to both seasoned shooters and those keen to improve their skills. Walkeringham Gun Club’s monthly structure fosters a welcoming and sociable atmosphere, allowing shooters to gather, compete informally, and share their enthusiasm for the sport in an accessible setting.

Walkeringham Gun Club in addition to the 50-bird clay shoot on the first Sunday of each month, provide seasonal events, and collaborations with other clay shooting groups such as Girls & Guns, which runs female focused events at venues including Walkeringham Gun Club and further afield.
